Environmental-friendly Botanical Fungicide was widely welcomed in the world due to its higher efficiency, lower residue and accordance with the environment. In this paper, inhibitory activities of 31 water extracts from Chinese traditional medicine had been mensurated according to mycelium growth. An ideal effect had been acquired from Honeysuckle, Fructus Forsythiae, Bulbus Allii, choler. LS-1 was exploited from water extracts of several kinds of botanical mixture such as Light-yellow Sophora, Fructus Xanthii, Monnier's Snowparsley,etc.. LS-1 was made up on the base and carried out studies of fungicidal activity, Scope of inhibitory fungi, filtering adjuvant, period of preserving efficiency, stability of LS-1, effect of crop growth, control effect of Tomato Leaf Mould had been studied. LS-1 had 100% inhibitory rates to mycelium growth of Fusarium graminicola, Phytophthora capsici, Phytophthora sojae, and inhibitory rates of 86.24%, 90.96%, 75.04% and 97.94% to Botrytwas cinerea, Alternaria altemata, Fusarium oxysporum, Alternaria solani; LS-1 could inhibit sprouting and generating of the spores(sporangium) such as Phytophthora capsici ,Fusarium graminicola, etc. Especially, LS-1 had a better effect on fungus of Phytophthora. So an ideal effect had been acquired from LS-1 indoor. The influence of LS-1 on cucumber, pepper and tomato seedlings had been tested. The injury to their normal growth using LS-1 had not happened. Adjuvant of LS-1 had been filtered, when Tween 80 was used to Cucumber Powdery Mildew, original LS-1 to Cucumber Anthracnose, 8209 to Wheat Powdery Mildew, the results showed that Control effect was up to 84.09%,98.35% and 87.59%. Control effect of LS-1 on Tomato Leaf Mould in the field was up to 88.29%. Its effect was close to usual chemical medicine.
