Firstly, we observed the variational disciplinarian of eperythrozoon infection rate in mice and rabbits infected with eperythrozoon naturally. Infection rate has no obvious difference during 24 hours or 30 days, but it has some in a certain extent in the different seasons. The infection rate ascent in summer and autumn and it was higher than the rate in spring and winter. In order to screen out the effective medicines to treat eperythrozoonosis, we experimentized the sensitivity of eperythrozoon to some medicines in invitro and a best culture condition was chosen. The result showed that the best proportion of the red cells mud to RPMI-1640 was 117; The best content of CO2 was 5 per cent; the culture time was 48h. Berenil combined with Huachusu, Berenil, Imidocarb combined with Huachusu and Imidocarb combined with Huachusu were filtrated by the medicines sensitivity experiment. Berenil combined with Huachusu had the best effect by further experiments. After being treated with the medicines, the infection rate descent obviously on the first day. The infection rate of mice, rabbits and pigs descent to 5.2%, 7.1% and 1.6% respectively. The haematological index of the pigs confirmed the medicines can recover the pigs' physiological and biochemical index obviously after being treated. The physiological and biochemical index started to recover on the 3rd day after being treated and recovered to the normal extension on the 5th day basically.
