Using the Vector analysis and the statistical technique to study on the five years old fibre plantation of Eucalyptus grandis in Hong Ya of Sichuan province. It's the first time to establish the index system of nutritional diagnosis in Eucalyptus grandis fibre plantation.The results were showed as the following:The correlation between the nutritional contents (availability N,availability P,organic matter) in soil and the growth (DBH,Height,Volume) were positive significant at 0.01 level, the correlation between the nutritional contents (total N,total P) in soil and the growth (DBH,Height,Volume) were positive significant at 0.05 level. The regression equation were established as following: yDBH=9. 438+0. 0069x2+2. 72x4YH=12. 8+0.0077x2+1. 987x4;YV=0. 0419+0. 000124x2+0.0413x<(where x2 was availability N, x< was availability P).The results showed that the range of the nutritional contents of N,P,K,Ca,Mg (g.kg-1), B(mg.kg-1) was 15.1 to 18.9,1.6 to 2.1,4.6 to 5.8,7.1 to 8.5,1.8 to 2.5,38.1 to 45.5,and the nutritional contents ratio(N/P,N/K,N/Ca,N/Mg,P/K,P/Ca,k/Ca,K/Mg)was 7.2 to 9.0,3.0,1.7 to 2.2,6.9 to 7.3,0.29 to 0.34,0.19 to 0.25,0.6 to 0.73,2.25 to 2.48.A apolynonial linearity regression equation between the growth (DBH,Height, Volume) and the nutritional contents in foliages was established as following:YDBH=10. 754+0. 586xP-0.141xCa+0. 327xKyH=15. 838+0. 0783xN-0. 206xCayv=0. 07269+0. 0097xP +0. 00425 xK~0. 00266xCa.(where XN, XP, XK, XQ, express the nutritional contents of N,P,K,Ca in order)The study also showed that the interaction of nutritional contents in foliages as following: the interaction between P and Mg>N and P>N and Mg>P and K>P and Ca>N and B>N and K; the interaction between P and Ca was antagonistic effect,but the others were synergistic effectAnalysis of correlation was applied to research the relationship between nutritional contents in soil and the nutritional contents in foliages, the result showed that the correlationbetween total N in foliages and availability N in soil was positive significant at 0.01 level, the correlation between total P in foliages and availability P , organic matter in soil was positive significant at 0.01 level, the correlation between total K in foliages and availability P in soil was positive significant at 0.01 level and organic matter in soil was positive significant at 0.05 level, the correlation between total Ca in foliages and total N, availability N in soil was negative significant at 0.05 level, the correlation between total Mg in foliages and availability N in soil was positive significant at 0.01 level and organic matter was positive significant at 0.05 level...
