Based on the data obtained from the experiments on the soil with same structure under three cropping patterns, this paper makes a research into the numerical relation between the parameters of infiltration model and physical parameters of soil, and forms the statistic model about them, in order to produce a simple and easily used calculation method and a model for infiltration parameters and to provide the calculation parameters as required for the technical parameters of the water-saving irrigation. In addition, this paper selects the water traveling wave model of the surface irrigation, and realizes the modeling of the water movement, according to the water movement characteristics of surface irrigation. Furthermore, the optimization model for irrigation effects is used to produce the calculation pattern in which the water movement model is combined with optimization of technical parameters of irrigation. Therefore, it is realized that the optimum unit discharge is calculated under the condition of definite length and slope of border check and the optimum length of border check is calculated under the condition of definite unit discharge and slope. Through the optimization, the optimum parameters for irrigation technique can be obtained for different irrigation. Meanwhile, this paper adopts the method of experiments combined with modeling, to propose the optimum parameters and the improvement measures on the irrigation effect and supplementary efficiency for the surface and underground supplemental irrigations. It is recommended that a lot of experiments on the infiltration into soil be conducted, and the models on different stages of infiltration formed on the basis of these experimental data in the future.
