Study On Herterosis Of Castor

Two castor cross classification (CSR181 and CSR6,CSR268 and CSR63) and their hybrids (CSR6.181(F1),CSR6.181(F2),CSR63.268(F1)) fiom Franch were studied in this paper/Though field experiment, the agronomic perfermance, growth-speed and other indexes were observed and mensurated. The results indicated:(1) the heterosis of castor mainly showed in some aspects .such as the plant height ,the overground accumulation and the distributive ratio of dry material,the epicutis proportion of capsule,the hundred-seed weight and the fatty content.The different crosses could produce different heterosis because of different breeding objectives.(2)the heterosis of castor had began to decline fiom F2 generation,especially product perfermance. By RAPD marker analyzing, the rich genetic polymorphism were surveyed between parents CSRISland CSR6 ,CSR268and CSR63.By calculating genetic distance^ was suggested that the appropriate genetic distance could bring about the stronger heterosis while not the lager distance. Franch castor had displayed the genetic heteroplasmy using RAPD marker analyzing the individuale.
