| Basing on the measurement of ingestion, growth, excretions, and faecal production rate of Penaeus Vannamei in aquaria, nitrogen and phosphorus budgets of shrimp, in relation to water temperature, body weight, were established. Then the nitrogen and phosphorus loading of shrimp culture in Guangdong Province and their component proportion ratio was estimated. The ingestion, growth, excretion, and faecal production rate of Penaeus Vannamei increased with the increasing of water temperature and decreased with increasing body weight. Each component of the nitrogen or phosphorus budgets differed in different temperature, while the body weight of shrimp has no significant effect on the budgets. In nitrogen budget the component of excretion is the largest one, and then growth, faecal production is the smallest. The nitrogen growth efficiency increased with the increasing of temperature. But in phosphorus budget the component of faecal production is the largest, then growth, and excretion is the smallest. The nitrogen and phosphorus growth of Penaeus Vannamei were 401.4mgN and 60.1mgP, respectively, each shrimp, each cycle; the nitrogen and phosphorus excretion, 868.0mgN and 37.9mgP; the faecal nitrogen and phosphorus production, 218.3mgN and 190.8mgP. The total nitrogen and phosphorus budgets of each shrimp were: 100IN= 27.0GN+ 58.3EN+14.7FN, 100IP = 20.8GP+ 13.1EP+66.1FP.The environmental nitrogen and phosphorus loading of shrimp culture in Guangdong Province in 2001 were estimated 4546.3tN and 1112.9tP, that is, 46.4kgN and 11.4kgP per It shrimp product. Unconsumed feed, excretion and faeces in the proportion of loading was: N, 12.2(UF):70.2(E):17.6(F); P, 24.5(UF):12.5(E):63.0(F). |
