This problem is comprised by four trials. During these two years, we studied the nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium nutrition balance case of albic rice soils. And study the nitrogenous fertilizer response trial, phosphorous fertilizer response trial, potassium fertilizer response trial and nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium nutrition balance separately.Analysed the effect of nitrogen supply for albic rice soils yield and quality, suggested the best nitrogen supply, analysed the response of phosphorous supply on albic rice soils suggested the necessity of potassium supply. According to present case of nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium supply for rice in albic rice soils, crystallized the basic rule and method of keep nutrition balance on albic soils rice district, For improve the rice product ability in albic soils, protect the albic rice soils so that it can be used continuously try for high efficiency, good quality, low consumption, improve productivity, protect environment, provide scientific theory gist.The result of these trials showed that fertilizing properly nitrogenous fertilizer can improve the growth status of rice, increase the yield of rice, improve the quality of rice and economic benefit. But when we fertilize superfluous nitrogen fertilizer, the yield of rice and the economic benefit will decrease. The proper nitrogen supply of the albic rice soils is 60-80kgN/hm2. The production function of nitrogen supply is y=5340+73.08x-0.4577x2 , r=0.95. Nitrogen supply showed certain capability of increasing production. It can adjust the growth status of rice, increase the accumulative quantity of assimilation product, adjust the nitrogen supply, increase tiller the rate of spike. We apply the method of central fertilizing, base manure fertilizing, matching nitrogen fertilizing in order to increase phosphorus of utilization ratio at present season and achieve the purpose of promoting phosphorus absorbing by fertilizing phosphorus. We consider that the quality of phosphorus moving is lower, fixing easily and utilization ration in present season is lower. Fertilizing potassium fertilizer has no notable increasing product effect. But it will adjust the nutrient status, improve the rice quality and enhance the resistibility of plant diseases and insect pests. In addition, we should encourage peasants increase the use quantity of potassium fertilizer in order to utilization the soil resources continually.The study of nutrient balance of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of three river plain, Heilongjiang albic rice soils. The study indicated that, each experimental region has a highrate of increase production, the balance could had some surplus, shouldn't had any deficit. But in order to protect the fertilizer supply ability of soil and environment, the nitrogen surplus of each experimental region should be controlled. They should care to a balance or has a few deficit, controlled. The phosphorus and potassium should keep balance. We can see from the valuation of nutrient balance that the nutrient of revenue and expenditure of each region was nitrogen and phosphorus were surplus, potassium was deficit. The practical rate of gain and loss of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were all in the permit range, this indicated that exploit of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are rather reasonable.The nutrient of albic rice soil had a great change as the high supply level of nitrogen and phosphorus and low supply level of potassium, this kind of soil now isn't lack of nitrogen, the phosphorus is surplus and is short of potassium, but it was lack of nitrogen and phosphorus and rich of potassium before.In a word, the chief question is to solve the balance of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium if the production of three river plain, Heilongjiang province albic rice soil need continue development. The solution is to increase the potassium supply, decrease the phosphorus supply appropriately while controlling the nitrogen supply.
