| In this paper,the analysis of drought situation and cause of China is done. Macro-model and micro-model of regional drought evaluation are developed,thereafter,the determined model of drought resistance is developed. And the analysis of drought of Chuzhou city is done as a case.1 .The analysis of drought is done. It is concluded that natural conditions is the principle cause of drought,human activity only affects the development of drought. However,drought disaster has something to do with human activity. Without human activity,there is no drought disaster in some ways.2 The research to regional drought evaluation model is done. Macro-model of regional drought evaluation is set up,considering all kind of demand to water in the region;micro-model of drought evaluation is set up,considering irrigated water of crop in different growing stages.3 The research to determined model of counter-drought is done .On the base of the evaluation model set up above,these models such as water resource optimal allocation model intra-seasonal water resource optimal allocation model among different kinds of crops and irrigated water optimal allocation model in different growing stages.4 The analysis of drought in Chuzhou city is done. On the base of drought evaluation to Chuzhou city,strategy of drought resistance of Chu-zhou city is put forward to,considering Chuzhou city's special situations. |
