Studies on the controls of Diamondback moth plutella xylostella by complex biological pesticide of Bacillus thuringiensisIn this study, biological test was performed based on plutella xylostella . Besides the screening by bacillus thuringiensis, the mixture of bacterial plant, complex agent prescription screening and control effects in natural condition were studied.1. Two high toxic bacterial plant were selected. There are five bacterial plant (20,22,DP, AL, 023) whose control effect on plutella xylostella up to 70% after 120h were preliminary screened through biological test on 2-3 age plutella xylostella by 1 X 109spores/ml of 47 bacillus thuringiensis bacterial plants in laboratory. Bacterial plants 20 and AL were the highest toxicity according to Lc50 with 5 contents treatments.2. The main component of two complex agent were determined. Through the comparison of the mixture of AL and L32 with single bacterial plant, control effects of mixture bacterial plant was higher than single bacterial plant. Through pesticide effect test indoor and test in field, Success, a high effective and low toxicity biological pesticide on plutella xylostella was selected. Success had a significantly positive effect on bacillus thuringiensis.3. The auxiliary component of complex agent were selected. 4% Sodium Sulphonate Lignin as an ultraviolet radiation absorbefacient, 1% Saccharin as synergist, 1% twain-20 as extender and 0.2%oKayhon +0. l%Methyl Para Ben as preservative were screened based on biological test.4. The indoor toxicity and field protection effect of two complex agent and other bio-insecticide were compared. In laboratory test, the rectify death rates of 300 X San-Shu-An,2000 X Abarnectin,2000 X Tianweishi, 800 X bacillus thuringiensi pesticide, complex agent I and complex agent II were 81.08%, 94.76%,88.51%, 84.61%, 87.18% and 90.24%,repectively. In field test, the protection effect were 75.7%, 94.1%, 77.1%, 85.3% and 87.3%, respectively.Xiao.jun Jiang Entomology Supervisor: Professor Kui-jun Zhao...
