According to the analyses of water contents in 18 plots and the salinity in 15 monitoring plots per 20cm in depth within 0-100cm, respectively, which were sampled in lOOOOMu experimental field of Yang village, Shouguang city, the fundamental rules were gained for the water and salt movement in seashore salinized s:il areas, Shandong province based on the qualitative and quantitative researches ccmbined with water equilibrium method, water dynamics and SPSS software etc. Its dynamical rules were summarized for the different vertical profiles at various point of views: the water contents and salt contents change with the periodic seasons, which the periods of salt accumulation by vaporizing and desalination by eluviating are 6 months respectively. The predicting models were established for water and salt movement,which are (1) (2), with their whose precision over71%, and (3) to forecast the salt contents combinedv th the contemporaneous rainfall and evaporation. The administration system of networks was set up with the help of geography information systems (MAPGIS) and IT'TERNET etc. By the utilization of this system, the network management can be carried out for the seashore soil and salt movements in Shandong province, and provide their dynamical information for every government to make water and salt control decision, as well as theoretic and practical guidance for agricultural production and ecological environmental construction. Meanwhile, practices were suggested for the sa'inized soil control reasonably.
