The subclinical mastitis of dairy cows is important disease of dairy farms.This experiment is not only the study on applicating the microbioal and enzyme pharmaceutic to prevent and treatment subclinical mastitis in dairy cows, but also study on the mechanism of COMBO treatment subclinical mastitis in dairy cows. In this experiment ,one dairy farm's cows were examined subclinical mastitis in dairy cows by CMT, the result show the herifer positive rate was 68.57%,quarer positive rate was 45.68%.It was cure group that select 20 heifers from positive cows at random, 8 heifers was the control group. In the heifers of cure group were fed COMBO at 20g/d per cows for 6 weeks, the cure rate was 84.21%, but the quarter positive rate increase to control group's . COMBO cut down the somatic cell counts (SCC) of milk significantly. , after the cure group's were fed COMBO for 6 weeks, SCC cut down from (3105.456+2912.365)X 103^/ml to (340.269+140.2369)X 103^/ml. COMBO increase the milk yield and improve the milk quality, after the cure group's were fed COMBO for 6weeks, the milk yield increase from 14.5+1.3kg/d per cows to 17.3+1.2 kg/d per cows; the butter fat increase from2.51+0.85 to 3.60+0.24, the milk sugar increase from 3.95+1.01 to 4.571+0.13. when dairy cows occurrence the subclinical mastitis ,the hemorheology is abnormal, by the monitoring the change of hemorheology pre-fed and post-fed, the experiment result show the COMBO decrease the blood viscosity and improve the condition of blood circulation. The experiment result show the COMBO improve the activity of SOD and GSH-PX, after the cure group's were fed COMBO for 4 weeks, the activity of SOD improve from 163.559+7.845NU/ml to 187.422+8.392 NU/ml, the activity of GSH-PX improve from 307.930+20.415 unit of enzyme activity to 381.286+26.614 unit of enzyme activity ?In this study, select the erythrocyte immunity and the lymphocyte transform rate to demonstrate the cow's immunity. The result show COMBO improve the immunity of erythrocvte and lymphocyte, after the cure group's were fed COMBO for 4 6weeks, the E-C3bRR increase froml0.96%+1.18% to 17.97%+1.23%, the E-CR cut down from 6.32%+1.13% to 4.97%+1.08%; the RFER increase from 76.23%+6.57% to 94.09%+7.89% , the RF1R decrease43from36.76%+2.46% to 20.83%+2.38%, the lymphocyte transformation rate increase from 43.21%+3.56% to 68.67%+6.38%.
