Mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) and Chloroplast DNA(ctDNA) coming from cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS) line and its maintainer line of sugarbeet was studied by means of random amplified polymorphic DNAs(RAPD).The "fingerprints" of the amplification by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of random DNA segments was analysised .Using 2 parts variaties of cytoplastic sterile male sugarbeet in conjunction with 70 primers show polymorphic. The results indicate :The difference between CMS line and maintainer line and verified the relation between CMS and mtDNA. There is no difference between CMS line and its maintainer line in ctDNA. Meanwhile improved the extraction method of mtDNA and ctDNA ,Optimized the program of RAPD.
