| In swine breeding, lean mass or lean rate is a very important index to consider, there are many traits affecting lean mass or lean rate ,it can provide a new way to swine breeding that these traits are got a full analysis of Twelve living and slaughter test traits were selected in the study, which are namely body length, withers height, chest girth, abdominal girth, circumference of leg and hip, carcass weight, straight length of carcass, backfat thickness, average daily gain, longissimus muscle area, lean mass and lean rate. Firstly, by analyzing twelve variables of living and slaughter traits, the first eight principal, their accumulating contribute rate reached 86.5%, were selected, the first eight principal were called lean mass factor, evaluation of carcass quality factor, length factor, longissimus muscle area factor, body girth factor, circumference of leg and hip factor, confirmation factor and withers height factor. Principal compmonet values of all samples were calculated in the first eight principal. Secondly, by analyzing ten variable (except lean mass and lean rate), the first eight principal, their accumulating contribute reached 91 .3%,were selected, the result showed that principal component 1 was probably an index estimating lean mass. |
