T.solium cysticercosis is an important parasitic zoonosis endangering the development of porcine-raising and human healthy. In order to select the early stage specific antigens and to lay the ground work of the early stage quick diagnosis and the vaccine development. The author studied firstly, systematically, all-roundly the changing law of the category and content of soluble proteins in all-cysticerci, scolex and bladder wall during the development of cysticercus cellulosae by using SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. By applying the immunoblotting technique, the author also firstly analysised the antigenicity of the soluble proteins in the all-cysticerci, scolex and bladder wall at different developmental stages in vivo. The results were showed as follows.1.The changing law of the soluble proteins?category of the all-cysticerci during the development of C.cellulosae in vivo was firstly expounded. At the early stage of C.cellulose development, the category of soluble proteins is fewer and the molecular weight is lower. With development, the category of soluble proteins change clearly from few to many, the mid and low molecular weight proteins have no clear changes and some high molecular weight protein tracks appear.2.The changing law of the category and content of soluble proteins in bladder wall during the development of C.celllosae was firstly expounded. The category of soluble proteins are fewer and high molecular weight proteins are also fewer in the bladder wall at the early developmental stage of C.cellulosae. With development, the category of soluble protein in bladder wall change clearly from few to many and the protein content increases also. (expressing as the cleatity of protein track)3.The changing law of the category of soluble proteins in scolex during the development of C.cellulosae was firstly expounded. The category of soluble proteins are lower at the early developmental stage of C.cellulosae, increase at the latter development and remain no changes, higher content after maturity. During all the developmental stages the scolex soluble proteins all contain the 33 KDa protein. The 44 KDa protein only exists in the scolex at the latter developmental stage.4.The comparative studies about soluble proteins and their antigenicity of all cysticercus cellulosae, bladder wall and scolex before and after the developmental maturity in vivo were conducted firstly. At the immature stage (post-infected 19, 30, 50 days), the category of soluble protein in the scolex, bladder wall and all-cysticercl is fewer, the molecular weights focus on the range from 27.5 KDa to 93 KDa and high molecular proteins are fewer. At the mature stage(post-infected 60, 95, 105,130 days), the quantity of soluble proteins in the scolex, bladder wall and all-cysticercl is stable, with molecular weights varying from 19 KDa to 200 KDa, at the same time some high molecular weight (from 150 to 200KDa )proteinsappear and however, the protein category doesn抰 change clearly .The category of soluble proteins with antigenicity at the unmature stage in the scolex, bladder wall and afl-cysticerci is fewer, only 3 kinds, among which a 78KDa protein may be as the early stage diagnostic antigens. At the mature stage, the category of soluble protein with antigenicity is more in scolex, bladder wall and all-cysticerci, total 13 kinds. At this stage some high molecular weight proteins appear.5.The comparative studies about soluble proteins and their antigenicity of all-cysticerci, bladder wall and scolex at the same developmental stage in vivo were conducted firstly. At the same developmental stage, the change of soluble protein in the scolex and bladder wall of C.cellulosae was not clear, most of them being same. Post-infected 60 days, the category of soluble proteins in the scolex ,bladder wall and all-cysticerci are mainly same except that there is one protein track in scolex more than that in all-cysticerci and in bladder wall. Post-infected 130 days ,the protein tracks of scolex are mainly same as aIl-cysticerci抯...
