| 1 .Pure casein and iodine were selected to synthesize the thyroprotin that contained active of thyroid. Its technological quality index was indentified the same as the product of inner country. The orthogonal design test was used to improve the synthetic procedure, and finally was suitable to produce.2.1t was proved that the maximum tolerated dose of mice on thyroprotein exceeded 8g/kg through the test of acute toxicity by the way of pouring into stomach with thyroprotein.3.Stability testing showed, thyroprotein had dull sensitive to light and stable in warm temperature. In damp environment, it had strong moisture absorption ability, so aluminum foil and PVC double package or brown glass bottle should be used to store it. Accelerated testing calculated, two years expire data of thyroprotein was temporarily stipulated in the normal temperature.4. Effect of thyroprotein on the diet of nutrition metabolism in broiler. The experiment was conducted to study the effect of thyroprotein on digesting metabolism in broiler. 24 AAA broilers were divided into three groups at random, each of which included 8 broilers. The control group received the basal diet, two treatment groups received the same basal diet supplemented with lOOmg/kg and 200mg/kg thyroprotein respectively. The result of nutrition metabolism testing showed thyroprotein could promote significantly the metabolic rate of EE (P<0.01), Ca (PO.01) and P (P<0.01), and the concentration of thyroprotein could also affect the metabolic rate of EE, Ca, and P.5.The effect of the short-term use of thyroprotein for milk production in cow20 Holstein cows of similar data on milk production were divided randomly into five groups, each of which included four cows. The control group received the basal diet, the four treatment groups received the same basal diet supplement with 15g/cow ?d thyroprotein respectively for 30d. The results indicated that thyroprotein supplementation's average increased milk production by 10.37% (p<0.05) as compared with control, but no significant change in fat test. No matter gradual, as well as abrupt, withdrawal of thyroprotein did not prevent a rapid decrease in milk production.6.Effect on farrow of feeding thyroprotein to sow during their lactatinonThe experiment was conducted to study the effect on farrow of feeding thyroprotein to sow during their lactation .54 hybrid sows were divided into four groups, both of thecontrol groups received the basal diet, two treatment groups received the same basal diet supplement with 200 mg/kg thyroptotein for Sld.The results showed, the farrows of primiparous sow and sow, compare with their controls, the litter weights were increased by 11.72%(P<0.05) and 6.79% (PO.01) respectively in the days of twenty; the weanling litter weights were increased by 2.95% and 18.84% (p<0.01) respectively; the livable of farrow were increased by 1.59% and 11.69%(p<0.01) respectively.7.Effect of thyroprotein on piglet gaining weightThe experiment was conducted to study the effect of thyroprotein on piglet gaining weight. 48 hybrid piglets of similar weight were divided into four groups, each of which included 12 piglets. The control groups received the basal diet, the treatment groups received the same basal diet supplement with 50mg/kg thyroporotein for 45d. The results indicated that the additive improved piglets gaining weight, compared with the control 2 group, the average weights of piglets in the treatment 1, 2 and the control 1 group increased by 15.47%(P<0.01), 8.81%(P<0.01) and 6%(P<0.01) respectively; the daily gaining weight increased by 24.32%(P<0.01), 13.51%(P<0.01) and 10.81%(P<0.01) respectively, and decreased meat mass conversion by 14%,8% and 6% respectively.8.Effect of thyroprotein on laying performance in breeder hensThe experiment was conducted to study the effect of thyroprotein on laying performance, egg quality and hatch achievement in breeder hens, and discuss to mechanism of the effects. 200 Nick Red egg breeder hens were divided randomly into four groups, the co... |
