| Abstract: With SK-103(Gosspiurn hirsu turn .L) as the testing material, the induction and regulation of fertiler/DPC chemical control comlinations on the enhance of boll weight of SK-103 were studied to improve the dynamic changes of endogenous horrones and the effects of them on the vigor of the cotton plant. The main results are as follows: 1.The weights of boils on the upper of cotton plant and on No.3-5 fruit nodes of fruit branchs were increased significanty by adopting scientific combination of fertilizerlDPC chemical control (N 20kg/mu combined with 4 times of DPC chemical control ).It was of great importance to promote the growth of boll volune ,seed cotton and fiber 14 days after anthesis,though which the overall boll weight was increased. 2.The physiological activity of plants was the fundamemtal factor that affected the increase of boll weight .Compared with the control ,the contents of the chlorophylla ,free amino acid and soluble protein in fruit branch leaves increased signiticantly by adopting scientific combination. The absorbing and promoting of Nitrogen, Phosphorus in leaves, branchs and boils increased too,it was the nutrient basis of cotton boll . Adopting scientific combination improved expressing of the Bt. 3.The content of ZR changed synchronously in the boll development,it was probably important factors of the cotton boils development. All the honnones induced the boll development in the early stage. Compared to the control ,the significant increase of the contents of ZR were probably the cause of the bolls weight enhanced of the upper and outer rount on the condition of reasonable application of the nitrogen,potassium fertilizers and DPC. |
