| A better cross combination was selected from Green ?shell Chicken ( ~ ) >< Silky fowl (.~- ). >< Langs hans X Hy ?line W ?6 (.%) by analyzing egg laying performance, determining egg quality, inspecting rooster meat, surveying ultrastructure of the eggshell and analyzing their genetic differences by RAPD method for giving full play to egg laying performance and egg quality of green梥hell crossbreed. At the same time, the genetic character of green梥hell, the correlation between the shell structure of different color eggs and their egg quality were approached. The research results were as follows:1.Fl of GH was good at egg laying performance and meat of 12 week rooster.The egg production,egg weight,total egg weight of 256 dayæ¢ ld GHF1 were 8. 89~9. 45g.,1213. 90g more than that of control group respectively. It showed that the productive traits of GHF1 were better than GSC. Egg qualities of GHF1 such as egg weight~yolk color,egg shell thiek,albumin density and so on were better than their parents except egg shall index. The contents of VA,VE and Se in green梥hell egg were higher than that in common table eggs. They were similar in other components. Average weight of 84 dayæ¢ ld rooster reached 0. 74kg. Feed conversion rate was less than 3.3:1.2.Eggshell color is a kind of qualitative trait and controlled by some modified genes. All that should be studied thoroughly.3.The relation of the differences of the veins on the surface of shells and the structure within the shells with egg qualities should be made further research.4.On primer OPH?13 there was no GSC抯 band, but there were some bands of Silky fowl,Langshan and Hyæ¢ine W?6; on primer OPG?7 there were 3 bands of GSC, there is no band of other 3 strains. It was thus clear that there may be bands on primer OPG?7 that made a distinction between GSC and other 3 strains.Besides, blood relationship between GSC and Hyæ¢ine is farthest among them from similarity. So GH is the best cross combination among the 4 strains. |
