Recent years, Shrimp culture suffered great damage from diseases. Recognizing the negative effect of antibiotic, emphasis was transfered to stimulate the immune system of shrimp. But research on the field was just beginning. Only a few fungus polysaccharoses have been studied. Effect of three fungus polysaccharoses on immune function of shrimp was studied for the first time.Three fungus polysaccharoses was made through fermentation. Fermentation and extracted condition was studied. Fungus polysaccharose abstracted from Ganoderma lucidum,Lentinus edodes and G4fola frondosa was used as immunopotentiator through injection and feeding, its effects on immune factors and enzymes related with immunity of M nipponense and P. japonicus was tested. The results show as follow:After polysaccharose was injected and fed,the phagocytis index, phagcytic rate of lymphocyte,the anti-bacterial activity,bacteriocysis,hemolytic and hemagglutinating activity of serum and enzymes related with immune rose significantly and sustained. Polysaccharose of Gr~fola frondosa has a good effect on immune function of shrimp.After injection of it ,phagcytic rate increased 56.5%,phagcytic index 39.3%,anti-bacterial activity 133 .8%,bacteriocysis 90.1 %,PO 133 .3%,SOD 42%,AKP 55 .8%,hemolytic I 64%.For the Mnipponense of 4.0-4.5 cm,the injection dosage is 6~d 1% polysaccharoses.The optimum for feeding is 0.75g polysaccharoses per kg dietaryThe influence of fungus polysaccharoses on growth index of Mnipponense was not significant,but fungus polysaccharoses can increase the survival of Mnipponense.After injection of polysaccharose extracted from Grfola frondosa to P.japonicus,the anti-bacterial activity and bacteriocysis of serum and the activities of SOD and P0 were improved 1673%, 143 .3%,66. 8%,86.4% respectivly.The percentage of raised anti-bacterial activity,bacteriocysis and SOD of Pjaponicus were higher than those of Mnipponense,but the raising percentage activities of P0 was lower than those of Mnipponense.The effect of different polysaccharose on immune function of shrimp need further research.
