Study On The Synthetic Effect And Mechanism Of HA Compound Fertilizer Applied In Rape

Abstract/Summary:
Abstract: Aiming at the present situation of fertilizers used in the vegetable lands for a long time causing a lot of problems like the disequilibrium of soil nutrient,the deterioration of vegetable quality and et al,so the effects of new granulated HA compound fertilizers were studied on the law of fertilizers?nutrient release,some aspects that included the yield and quality of rape and the transformation utilization of soil nutrient.The simulated test,sandy and soil cultures and small field experiment were used.The results showed as follows:① nder the condition of 30-32C and without crop growing,the release contents of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P) and potassium(K) in inorganic fertilizers were more significant than that of HA compound fertilizers from 2h to 8h after fertilizers were applied.Then, the release contents of nutrient showed a tendency to decrease in the two fertilizer treatments. From 2 to 4 weeks the release contents of HA compound fertilizers were higher than that of inorganic fertilizers.During all the culture times,the release contents of N and P were higher than that of I-IA compound fertilizers,but K was on the contrary;﹍n soil culture experiment,all fertilizer treatments were notably out-weighted the CK and no significant different yield between the experimental fertilizers,but it was regularly embodied that the outputs of HA compound fertilizers were lightly higher than that of relevant inorganic fertilizers. With equal-nutritional quantity,HA compound fertilizers promoted the absorption of N. P. K.. Zn, Mn,advanced the utilization ratio of N. P and the recovery ratio of K, apparently lessened the N03-N content and increased Vc, soluble sugar, rough protein content and superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase (POD),NR activities. Moreover,the chlorophyll content,the root activity and the intensity of transpiration increased and the resistance of stoma decreased by HA compound fertilizers,which ensured the water or other metabolisms rigorously to 59 t-&VVc>*?001 &~k~Z rape.Compared with inorganic fertilizers,HA compound fertilizers were better for improving the quality of rape,and the number 4(HA-NPK-Zn) was the best.It was seemed to have the same results between soil cultures and small fields experiments;? HA compound fertilizers stimulated the absorption of nutrient and water and the synthesis of the dry substances,which were applied for the basic substances of harvest.The regression model for describing the relationship between the fertilizer amount and the yield of rape was as following:yz=~2E~05X2+0.0402X+48.993(R~ 0.889),the highest yield was 69.l9t per hm2 when HA compound fertilizers amount 2 2 was 1 005kg per hm , y-2E-05X +0.0346X+48.585(R 0.934),the highest yield was 63.55t per hm2 when inorganic fertilizers amount was 865kg per hm2.The output of HA compound fertilizers was increased by 8.87 percent than that of inorganic fertilizers;~ HA compound fertilizers raised the contents of available N~ P. K of soil,furthermore they could raise soil enzyme activity of catalase and alkaline phosphatase and decrease the activity of urease.Being HA existing, with except of Mn treatments there was a linear model between the alkaline phosphatase and the content of available P in soil. HA compound fertilizers enhanced the soil respiration and microorganism activity, accelerated the nutrient抯 transformation and utilization of soil.
