At present, study on the application of chemical control technology to alter the physiologic property of crop by way of using plant growth regulator in solving the problem of the high yield and lodging of corn in controlling physiologic aspect in some extent is sufficient. In this paper, The method of biochemistry analysis and field trial was used to study on the regulation function and the optimum applied technology of nutrient chemical regulator(FC) in effect on the root and stem and leaf and yield organ under the condition of compact planting of corn from 1999 to 2000 year. The following results were obtained:1.The nutrient regulator(FC) has controlled action on corn in intensifying the stem and promoting the root growth. The root will be stronger and the number of aerial root will increase extensively. Meanwhile, plant height and spica height will be stunted visibly, the diaxnetter of stem will increase. Then, the dwarf culture will prevent lodging of corn at high densities.2.The nutrient regulator (FC) can increase assimilation product and foliar area and cholorphyll content of the corn. At the same time, the higher yield plant shape could be made by changing the included angle between foliage and main stalk. This will profit at colonial photosynthesis distribution in compact planting and accelerate photosynthesis and metabolism. So, the more dry matter will be produced at anaphase.3.The nutrient regulator (FC) will make foundation for fullrown and heavy kernel by regulating the physiologic function, improving mineral nutrition and root system vigour, reinforcing the movement of nurture to organ of yield, advancing the velocity in accumulating the dry matter of foliage and root.4.The nutrient regulator(FC) has great influence on crop yield. It increased corn yield about 12 percent. The better treatment is spray the leaf at 375in1/hm2 blend with 225kg water in 7 or 10 day before twitching tassel in practice. The best effictiveness in enhancing the yield is spray the leaf and soak seed in l500mg/L solution before sowing.
