The timbers of our country man made forest have poor quality and some defects, which indicate their low strength and unstable size. Normally, people use resins to soak the timber under a high pressure. Therefore, it is difficult for resins soaking to the timbers, and it a little even they soak some into the timbers. This is a not ideal method for changing timtm characteristics. Concerning this problem, we propose a method that is jxe-treatcd the surface of the wood board of ui made form with a mechanical ploughshare. The aim is to increase the smface and reIea~ remaining stress well as improve their characteristics. Choosing the poplar and fir, two typical timber of man made forest to study though yre-trpatcd by a mechanical plougbshare with The Method of Analysis of Micro Breaking of Physics and The Maihcmatical Statistic Method ~ixky Test) in this paper. Finding out the difference to the timbers between the broadleaf tree (poplar) and eoniferous tree (fir) after pre-uatcd by a mechanical ploughshare, and the relationship between the technology of mechanical plougbsbare and the increasing rate of the surface on wood board. This study will provide a new method in increment with high efficiency for the man made forest of our country.
