Abstract/Summary:
Production of fungus chaff waste material contains a large number of bacterial protein, amino acids and vitamins, also contains large amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other fertilizer ingredients and trace elements such as iron, calcium and so on, it has high reuse value. Fungus chaff production process will produce a lot of waste material, if we do not deal with the waste material timely and properly, it will give the fungus chaff production and development to bring great risks, not only causes environmental pollution to affect product quality, but also will lead to pest infestation seriously and even cause infertility. The study used the mushroom bran as base fertilizer to cultivate four kinds of common garden flowers of snapdragons, cockscombs, salvias and petunias to experiment, discussed mushroom bran as value of the application of organic fertilizer and the effects of plant growth and soil physical and chemical properties. The results are as follows:1 Application of different ratio of edible fungus waste material can significantly increased the stem of the plant height, plant stem and dry weight, mushroom bran inhibited the overgrowth in a certain extent, plants has strong growth potential in the late growth stage, and plants of treatment three growed best, describing to add 30% mushroom bran in the soil was more suitable for the growth of garden flowers.2 The application of the mushroom bran soil increased the content of soil microbes and improved the ability of plant disease resistance. The number of soil bacteria and fungi in treatment three of four kinds of flowers were higher than other treatments. and reached significant level. Also catalase activity and phosphatase activity in the soil increased; the soil microbial biomass carbon content increased, soil respiration rate increased, promoting the benign cycle of rhizosphere micro ecological environment, thus contributing to the plant growth. But adding 40% of mushroom bran in the soil was to decrease catalase activity dramatically and was significantly lower than the contrast, indicated that too much mushroom bran would inhibit the activity of catalase and hinder the growth of plants, This was consistent with the results of the survey data of morphological characters of flowers.3 The application of mushroom bran can improve the content of available phosphorus and available potassium in soil and visible mushroom bran eased the loss of available phosphorus and available potassium, at the same time the nitrogen content in the soil increased, it made the plants to obtain the sufficient source of nitrogen. Mushroom bran can also promote the decomposition of organic matter into components of plant growth to improve the soil fertility. In addition, the mushroom bran also effectively improved the soil saturated water, eased the pH of the soil. Among them, 30% of the treatment three was the amount of mushroom bran added to the soil of the best improved effects, and for the growth of flowers and plants to resist adverse environment had obvious promoting effect. In summary, when soil mushroom bran addition amount is 30%, the four garden flowers of snapdragons, cockscombs, salvias and petunias growed best, and obviously improved the soil physical and chemical properties, increased the number of beneficial microorganisms. The application to garden cultivation should be adapted to local conditions, according to the soil conditions and the kinds of flowers are to make appropriate adjustments.
