This research mainly explored the LED lights of different light intensity of illumination of Hy-Line Gray production performance and welfare effects on laying hens, and got the stacked captivity LED lights under the optimum light intensity of illumination, to provide a theoretical basis for LED lights in laying hens, and effectively promote the application of such new energy in laying hens. 1500 18-week-old Hy-Line Gray layers were randomly assigned, the test set five treatment groups and each group set up six repeats, each repeat only 50. Control group was a group used 11 W fluorescent lamps, and in the bottom of the stacked cages were reared, group C;experimental group for four treatment groups, light source adopted 9W LED lights, stacked cages by first group T1, T2, T3, T4 group respectively from top to bottom, the test period of231 days(18 to 50 weeks of age).The first part, through the analysis of 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 weeks of age into the homes of chicken egg number, egg weight, egg quality, and the damage rate and deformity rate of eggs accumulative total to 50 weeks of age, explored the LED lights of different light intensity of Hy-Line Gray production performance of laying hens. The results showed that average egg weight were not significant difference between each treatment group(P>0.05), on the average egg weight difference not significant case, and the homes of chicken egg number had positive proportion for the egg production, so laying hens had the highest amount, the best performance when LED lighting intensity at 20 Lux. Cumulative breakage rate of T2 group was significantly higher than the other four groups(P<0.05). Haversian units in each treatment group decreased with the increased of the age of feeding week, yolk ratio increased with raising the increased of weeks of age.The second part, through the analysis of the changes of 30, 40 and 50 weeks of age when the weight uniformity of the laying hens, changes of blood biochemical indexes(BG, IgG,CORT, TG, TC), changes of blood hormones(E, FSH, LH) and the egg mortality and feather scores when cumulative up to 50 weeks of age, explored influence of the LED lights on Hy-Line Gray welfare under different light intensities.The results showed as follows:â‘ Different light intensity did not show significantly different on the weight and mortality in laying hens. â‘¡At the age of 30 week, the concentration of IgG of C group and T4 group weresignificantly lower than the other three groups(P<0.05). At the age of 40 week, T2 group was significantly lower than the other four groups(P<0.05). At the age of 50 week, T4 group was significantly higher than the other four groups(P<0.05); At the age of 30 week, the concentration TG of T2 was significantly higher than the other four groups(P<0.05). At the age of 40 week, T1 group was significantly higher than the other four groups(P<0.05). At the age of 50 week,there were not significant differences between treatment groups(P>0.05). â‘¢At the age of 30 and 40 weeks, the concentration of LH of was significantly higher than the other four groups(P<0.05). At the age of 50 week,there were not significant differences between treatment groups(P>0.05); At the age of 30 week, the concentration of FSH of T2 group was significantly higher than the other four groups(P<0.05). At the age of 40 week, T1 group was significantly higher than the other four groups(P<0.05). At the age of 50 week,there were not significant differences between treatment groups(P>0.05). â‘£The feathers score of T4 group was significantly lower than T1, T2 and T3 groups(P<0.05).In summary, the average light of LED lights intensity in 20 Lux had a positive effect on the welfare and production performance of stacked laying hens.
