Chemical pesticides on the environment pollution and in vivo enrichment is a worldwide environmental and ecological problems. Due to the extensive use of various types of chemical pesticides in modern agriculture, leading to growing pollution problems, severe loss of biodiversity, especially for in vivo studies of residual organic enrichment and pesticides in the environment of growing concern. Emamectin benzoate(emamectin benzoate), is based on the synthesis of avermectin new efficient semi-synthetic antibiotics, pesticides, with high activity, a broad spectrum insecticide, can be mixed with good, long duration, use of safety features, is currently widely used in rice production, but about the emamectin benzoate degradation dynamics and safety evaluation in rice production is no coverage, as well as the safe use of pesticides in agricultural standard also requires in-depth the study. In this paper, through field trials and indoor testing sample surveys and other methods of rice production in rice plants emamectin benzoate administered after its digestion of paddy water dynamics Wada law, as well as rice plants, rice, rice husk, rice soil emamectin the final residue were studied. According to the test results of field trials final residue tests and digestion dynamic two-part test, develop a 5% emamectin microemulsion fair use guidelines: 5% emamectin microemulsion, control leafroller, leafroller eggs hatch peak periods or third instar larval stage before spraying; dosing: 150 ~ 225 mL/ha(active ingredient 7.5 ~ 11.25gai/ha); application methods: spray per acre of water 50 ~ 60 kg, up to three times a pesticide spray, spraying interval of seven days, harvest interval of 14 days.Indoor testing to develop a new method to detect emamectin rice plant, rice, rice husk, rice soil and paddy water residues in the field, namely the sample emamectin benzoate acetonitrile after ultrasonic extraction, sodium chloride salting stratified, acetonitrile phase was added magnesium sulfate, PSA purification powder, over the film by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry determination of residual amount. The results showed that: emamectin benzoate have within 0.001 mg / kg ~ 0.05 mg / kg concentration range a good linear relationship, R2 = 0.9993; detection limit of 0.001 mg / kg; emamectin benzoate B1 a and B1 b retention time were about 1.00 and 0.91 min. Emamectin benzoate in average recovery plant, rice, rice husk, soil and Tianshui station is 74.7% ~ 107.6%, RSD was0.4% ~ 7.7%.In this paper, a method using a sample of field trials with the combination of indoor testing,Research emamectin benzoate in rice plants, soil degradation dynamics Wada water law,and the rice plant, rice, rice husk, the final residual soil degree emamectin benzoate in the harvest period. The results showed that: emamectin benzoate residue in rice plants in the digestion half-life of 2.0 to 11.4 days; digestion residues in the soil half-life of 5.8 to 14.5 days; in the residual water digestion field half-life of 1.6 ~ 3.2 days. Residues of emamectin benzoate in rice for <0.001 mg / kg. The results for the promotion of agricultural production and protect the environment, rational use of pesticides to control the residue levels of security within the allowable range, provides both a theoretical basis also has an important role in guiding practice.
