With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, energy become a crucial key for the country's progress and the people's life .At the moment, wind energy has made quick progress as a sort of new energy; stall-turbines and pitch-regulated turbines has been the most important component of the wind energy. As the installed capability becoming bigger and bigger, the aeroelastic instabilities has been attached more and more importance.Blade, the force on which is the most complicate and the design on which is the most awkward, is an important part of the wind turbine. The blade is under aerodynamic force, mass force, elastic force and Coriolis force, the amplitude of which is increasing on and on. Such aeroelastic instability, will cause the serious consequence that the part and complete the blade are damaged. Then, the research of the aerodynamic and elastic character of the wind turbines, becomes the important problem, which is relation to the safety and reliability of the wind turbine and becomes the center of the research. So the wind tunnel test for the wind turbine is an approach to the research on the aeroelastic for wind turbine.Three parts of the research work are discussed:First, according to the dimension of the wind tunnel and the requirement for the wind tunnel test, the design of the modeling of the wind turbine has been done, which is include the top support, the base support and the diagonal support, and the system of the data collection has been set up.Furthermore, according to measure the stain of the flapwise, edgewise, torsion of the blade, analysis the cross section, then, the moment of the flapwise edgewise and the twist will be solution. At last, according the moment and the stain of the blade, the energy which is absorbed by the blade will be gained when the blade is rotated one circle. Using the amplifier factor, the energy of the whole blade will be got. Then, the aeroelastic instability will be justified.
