| Electronical control automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) takes use of transmission control unit to control the implementing agencies and adds automatic transmission systems on the base of a traditional fixed-axis transmission and dry clutch. In some traditional automatic transmission (AT, CVT, AMT),AMT has high cost-effective. It has the advantage of hydraulic automatic transmission automatic transmission and retains high efficiency, low cost, simple structure, and easy manufacture of original manual transmission gear transmission. In particular, it is more suitable for China's national conditions in large buses of city, and has a vast market and development prospects. AMT system is the most important and crucial vehicle drive systems.Research on fault diagnosis system is very meanful. The development of the AMT has become a hot research.Paper combines the passenger car production plants in Shenzhen Wuzhou Dragon-type hybrid electric bus FDG6111HEVG to study ZCN-4AMT fault. The AMT (throttle, speed, clutch, gear box) faults of the various parts are studiedand faults are analyzed.The fault diagnosis systeme is established. Pneumatic ZCN-4AMT system architecture is analyzed and signals are ordered by driven plates of the clutch and transmission of design. By the depth research on ZCN-4AMT fault diagnosis method, the two fault diagnosis methods of signal analysis and redundancy analysis are eventually decided.The fault diagnosis model of the clutch, gearbox fault diagnosis model, bus speed, rotation speed, accelerator fault diagnosis model are designed in Matlab/Simulink software tools. Pneumatic fault code of the AMT system are defined by refer of American OBD-â…¡and are embedded into the fault diagnosis model to set up the fault diagnosis model off-air AMT system. The fault signal of throttle, speed and shift are analyzed online by CAN bus communication.This thesis provided a valuable reference for consummate the function and enhance the performance of AMT system. |
