Abstract/Summary:
Electric actuator is widely used in a linear motor control devices, which operate with the throttle body, composed of engine speed regulation system, to realize the engine speed adjustment. This paper aims to develope a new type of digital test system based on the current electric actuator test system which is simple and complicated to operate as well as errors caused by man-made operation. While adopting Microprocessor technology not only realizes digital measurement and display of the amplitude parameters,also better solve the errors caused by human readings; using design for the combination of optocoupler and relay achieves electrical isolation between the test system and the electric actuator and improves anti-jamming capability of the test system; using design for the connection of a separate module control and standard cable better solves the complex defects of the test system operation; In addition, console based on man-machine engineering design ideas embodies the test system with humanization.This paper mainly includes four parts--- theoretical analysis, hardware, software and anti-jamming. Theoretical analysis builds the electric actuator and testing models, through theoretical analysis and calculation, to select programs of the parameter measurement and console design according to the requirements of the test system. Unit designs for power, the voltage measurement, the current measurement, the time measurement, displacement measurement, electric actuator control, system connection and designs for operation panel circuit and console are embraced in hardware circuit design. Measurement unit program designs for voltage, the currents, time and displacement are involved in software design. Anti-jamming design covers: hardware and software.In order to verify system reliability, stability and accuracy of test parameters, this system uses a variety of experimental methods and extensive field-testing datas. Experimental results show that the researched test system for electric actuator has an excellent test performance, data consistency and high accuracy. Compared with the same types of implementing agencies, it should be further promoted in testing technology.
