Accelerometer test system is one of the supplemental test equipment of electrical parameter of inertia assembly instruments in the inertial navigation system. Accelerometer precision will directly influence the precision of inertial navigation system by reason of its important in inertia assembly. In order to meet assembly engineering and weapon, the higher precise and inefficient accelerometer test system take on importment project application value. Task of tests system mostly test electrical parameter of accelerometer, providing data support of inertia test assembly of error compensation. In this paper, based on the detailed analyze test model and test method of accelerometer, we design hardware circuit and offer software flow chart of test system in combine with parameter requirement of inertia assembly. The hardware circuitry designing include: power supply circuitry, channel switch circuitry, temperature control circuitry, I/F convert circuitry, data acquisition and disposal circuitry etc. Software flow chart include: channel switch software flow charts, temperature control software flow chart, data acquisition software flow charts, data disposal software flow chart, etc.The measure system offers four temperature control system. For assuring steady work circumstance of accelerometer. Test software is designed with Visual B, adopting modular structure. The test result is saved in the database by data and graph ,which can carry out inquiry, retrieval and print for all test records.Having been used for several months, the test result shows that it has the characteristics of steady system performance, high survey precision and friendly operational interface.
