Transmission line system is the lifeline project as the electric power's carrier, and it has been developed since last century in China. Along with electrical network's unceasing promotion, transmission line system structure unceasingly improvement and development. The progress trends are high rise, long span and high voltage. In the transmission tower line system, transmission tower structure also uses the spatial steel structure; its installation uses the bolt connection. The bolt connection has many merits such as construction simple, trades detachable. It is widely used in constructs the steel structure and in the bridge steel structure, it has became one of the most principal means in the steel structure. But as a result of existing installation hole, therefore it has hidden dangerous. This article take span 45 m, the transmission tower high 24 m transformer substation export project transmission tower line system as research background. In allusion to this structure's distortion increases in the using, considers the bolt slipping influence, carries on the theory and the numerical analysis mechanics behavior of this transmission tower line system.This article first based on Nonlinear Finite Element Theory and the software ABAQUS, the three dimensional finite element numerical simulations has been carried in the bolt's anti-to cut the slipping process. Compared with the finite element analysis's result and the data, confirmed the article's application method validity and usability.Then used the software ANSYS to analyze the temperature, the bolt slipping's influence which distorts to the steel structure, and compared with the measured data. The results indicated the bolt slipping can cause the steel structure's distorting increases obviously.Finally, used catenary equation to infer the formula of the trolly wire's sag and the horizontal tensility which contains insulators, calculated the sags and the horizontal tensility under each kind of operating mode. Mainly discussed the steel frame which the temperature, the bolt slipping caused to distort to the trolly wire's sag influence. Discovered from the analysis, the transmission tower distorts increase which by the bolt slipping is the primary factor which the air line dip increases. |
