The synchronous phenomena and problems can be easily found in nature and technological departments. The synchronous principle is not only the necessary mechanism of the human living and the field of engineering technology, but also a power to develop the science, technology, and production.With the rapid development of industry, the requirements of various kinds of mechanical performance and products quality have increased gradually. Only control one motor can't meet the demand of modern Hi-Tech development in some occasions, people need to control several motors and make them run coordinately. The synchronous control of multi-unit drive systems is just a science technology organized with mechanical technology and electronic technology. Therefore, the research of synchronization control of mechanical system with multi-rotor is important in theory and practical application cost.The theories of self-synchronization and phase control for vibration system with four-motor drives are studied in this paper. The works in this paper are described as follows:(1) In the synchronous frame of stator voltage, the electromagnetic torque of an induction motor in the quasi-steady-state operation is derived. Carried on the analysis by four rotor's models in one line, the equations of frequency capture are derived. The conditions of the frequency capture are obtained, and the nonlinear equations of calculating the capture rotating velocity and the phase difference among the four eccentric lamps are derived.(2) Obtained through the analysis, by adjustingωs to control the four eccentric phase angles'differences in the composite synchronization for vibrating system with four-motor drives, we can realize the four motor synchronized conditions.Obtained the synchronized condition of controlling of the synchronization movement of the two electrical machinery, and the self-synchronizing synchronized of another two electrical machineries. As well as obtained the synchronized condition of the synchronization movement of controlling of three electrical machineries and the self-synchronizing synchronized of the other one. (3) Mechanical system's mechanical model has been established. The above theoretical analysis result accuracy has been proven through the computer simulation.(4) According to the theory of dynamics when rigid body makes free movement, we can analyse the reverse gyration vibrating system of four fixed motors which arrange in square by mechanic analysis. And its mathematical model has been established to supply later to conduct the deeper research.
