The construction of Long-span cable-stayed bridge is complex. With the structure innovationed and span increaseed which make the uncertainties increase significantly, the construction of cable-stayed bridge is facing a high risk. It is important to calculated the reliability analysis of the cable-stayed bridge on construction process. In this paper, bridge construction uses segmental method which combined with the life and death Unit technology, considering the structure nonlinear and the ultimate bearing capacity of components, and includeding the deformation in the construction process and the stack effect of stress. It analysis three-dimensional simulation model for the whole construction process according to forward-backward, and calculates the tension cable tension of the final construction phase. Considering the impact of cable random force on the bridge structure, it uses the improved finite element - Monte Carlo simulation method to study the bridge structural reliability problems in the entire construction process. It analysis the structural response of cable-stayed bridge during construction force in the cable under the action of random variables change, and large cross-bridge structure during construction to assess reliability. Considering the complexity of the bridge structure, it establishs a computing model by BP neural network to study the reliability analysis of bridge structure, to increase efficiency and calculate simplify. The results of reliability analysis show that in the bridge construction phases, the main beam cable tension has a greater impact displacements on the upper and lower edge of the stress, vertical displacement and tower displacement along the bridge, but the bridge can meet the reliability requirements by the cable tension in 5% error range. BP neural network based on the Monte Carlo method is simple and quick, the results are more accurate and widely used for engineering practice.
