A Study Of Technology Application Based On Eco-design Of Landscape In Residential Area Environment

Urban residential area is most closely associated with people living in the city. In recent years the construction of residential landscape made great achievements. However, there is a serious negative tendency in the process of building them,for example:contrary to the scientific development laws,destroying the natural environment,waste of resources,and the increasing cost to maintain the landscape as well.These have become the resistance to the sustainable development of urban living environment.In this paper, we take ecology and sustainable development theory as a guiding, and following the principles of eco-design,then aim to the more common contents of the construction of landscape in the majority of residential area, to study the five types of representative landscape elements among them,such as:1.road landscape, 2.places landscape,3.waterscape landscape,4.lighting landscape,5.planting landscape, and according to the reflected ecological problems of each landscape element,corresponding propose some ideas and technologies that can be used to solve the ecological problems.Technologies involved that includ the use of porous materials technology, green energy technology, purification technology of landscape water and rainwater utilization technology, then to analyze and evaluate the practical application of such ecological techniques.A few of typical cases at home and abroad are also analyzed in this paper, and discussing rainwater collection and utilization based on integrated design in residential area. Then through the introduction of the product life cycle cost-accounting, to take the landscape as a class of product, according to increased internal costs and external costs of abatement in the production process on use of eco-design technology, to make out cost-accounting, so that we can determine whether to use the technology and promote them in practice. Through the study of technology application based on eco-design in residential area environment,we strive to create sustainable landscape that can be harmonious with the environment, and to achieve the objective of full use of natural resources.
