| Recent years,prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges develop quickly. It is widely used in the city and rode bridge building . Its construction is more difficult, and process more complicated.The bridge construction control is an essential measure and step to ensure that the quality and safety are obtained during bridge construction,also to ensure that the final structural state is in agreement with what the designer requires.And it is necessary to do more research on the construction control technologies for the long-span prestressing concrete bridges.This article has conducted the research to the methods and key technology of construction control of long-span prestressed concrete continuous bridge. The main contents are as follows:1.The content,method,characteristic and present research situation of pre-stressed concrete cantilever bridge have been analyzed,and different structural analysis methods have been compared in course of construction control.2.Analysis of continuous beam control factors and error adjustment method.3.Established a complete monitoring system, the construction of a bridge on the actual status of follow-up observations. Using finite element software MIDAS / civil ,simulated and analyzed on the Bridge throughout the construction process. Meanwhile, the main design parameters of a sensitivity analysis to determine the main influencing parameters to be adjusted.4.definition of method on deflection examination and fulfillment measures in the course of cantilever construction; definition of method on stress examination in every control section and fulfillment measures in the course of cantilever construction.Compared the actual value of the beam deflection during the construction of the roof and floor box girder deformation and stress measured value to the MIDAS/civil computation theory value of the box beams concrete stress, finally indicates that the actual value and the theory value identical well. |
