Research On The Form Design Of Industrial Truck

With the development of the human technology and art, it is the aesthetic form of industrial vehicles that has been put forward higher requirements. When the technology has been developed to a certain extent,placing industrial design in a key position will make the domestic industrial vehicle industry more competitive. It is also an important strategic tool for the local companies to enter the international market.In this paper, firstly, analyze the requirements,principles and current status of styling design about industrial vehicles. Secondly, by means of researching the styling characteristics of some successful brands to find out the advanced forming techniques and styling concepts, and to extract out the styling aesthetic design features of industrial vehicles. Try to find out a way to achieve the best styling between the various parts and components considering the technology and structures. Finally, take the JAC forklift design practice as an example, to explore the aesthetic characteristics of industrial vehicles design, to elaborate the design about curves and surfaces, and to refine the ratios between the components. The author tries to design an ideal industrial vehicles with some characters such as unified styling,aesthetically pleasing,easily making and distinctively looking. At the same time, provide some useful ideas and inspiration for industrial vehicles styling designers.
