| The energy consumption of central air condition generally consists of three parts, namely, the energy consumption of air condition's cold and heat sources, water or air transportation system and air condition's terminal equipment. After years of development on energy-saving technology, considerable progress has been made concerning on the equipment manufacturing and control of the device itself, but there are some of energy-saving potential to be excavated in the operation.The principle of the central air condition is summarized. The energy consumption is analyzed. The characteristics of automatic control system are described. The mathematical model of chilled water and it's dynamic characteristics are analyzed. Aim at the heat capacity, inertia, temperature response delay and other issues in air condition system, the features of chilled water variable flow control technology is explored, the problems of nonlinear and time delay are studied, and parameter adaptive time delay compensation prediction method and load prediction in the chilled water system are deeply researched based on analyzing and summarizing the way of energy-saving in the central air condition system.The parameter adjustable fuzzy control is researched. The "Parameter Adjustable Fuzzy Control Based on the Load Prediction" is proposed by combining the second-order model of load prediction with fuzzy control. The time-delay is eliminated by using the forecast-output as feedback signal. Simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper has good performance, great adaptive ability to the interference, and significantly improve the system's energy saving effect. |
