Prevention of reservoir landslide is a complicated geological disaster prevention project with high risk, large investment and great construction difficulty. A suitable type of the retaining wall is a common measure in the treatment of landslide. In the battle with the natural geological disaster,human accumulate abundant experience. However, with the rapid development of our society and the improvement of our life quality, we recognize the importance of human harmonious coexistence with nature. So, the prevention of slope have a higher demand, it is necessary to study and develop a more exact, more faster slope stability estimation method, and it is urgent to take reliable and effective measures.Based on the rigid limited equilibrium method and by the means of optimized method, this article makes use of software of rock and soil Lizheng to estimate the slope's stability and design the retaining wall's cross section, meanwhile calculate the forces that were inflicted on retaining wall. This article uses the limited cell software to simulate and analyze the forces that were inflicted on retaining wall. At the same time calculate the forces that were inflicted on retaining wall by tradition handiwork. Then, on the base of comparing the three group results, we can adjust the parameter in time, ensure a logical result,ensure the safety and reliability of retaining wall .
