Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of the national economy, increasing electricity load diverse and complex, some power electronic devices with shock, non-linear, unbalanced load and harmonic serious characteristics, such as semiconductor rectifier and inverter device, frequency control devices, will have an effect on the network, resulting in electrical pollution, threatening the safe operation of power, damaging to the user equipment and so on. Therefore, monitoring and researching power network is to limit and eliminate harm of power quality, to ensure safe operation of power supply system and to ensure safety of personal and equipment.According to the current practical problems of power supply system, analysis of the current domestic and international power quality monitoring equipment status and trends of development, the article studies the key technologies around the building development platform for the embedded monitoring system with dual-core processor OMAP5910:Firstly, through the introducting electrical energy quality's concept, the electrical energy quality monitor's significance, the domestic and foreign electrical energy quality detection device's research situation and the trend of development, the topic of this paper is indicated.Secondly, using DSP+MPU dual-processor models:DSP is used for processing the data, the completion of the main parameters of the algorithms detected; MPU system is used to complete tasks, such as system management and configuration, human-computer interaction and communication, and data exchange through the corresponding communication interface.Thirdly, the paper elaborates main detecting parameter's algorithm designs of electrical energy detection device based on the Dual-core processor, and introduces the related elementary knowledge. The paper studies and compares main algorithms of the electric detecting and harmonic analysis, emphasizing the algorithm of interpolating windowed FFT for harmonics analysis. Using this method under the electrical network non-synchronization sampling situation, realizes the electrical network various harmonic parameters (frequency, peak-to-peak value, phase) the correct measurement.Fourthly, the paper introduces the embedded OMAP5910 processor's architecture and the characteristic, software development environment CCS and the DSP/BIOS task scheduling. Fifthly, this article has completed entire embedded system hardware platform structures based on the OMAP5910 processor.Finally, this article has studied software design of the overall system,emphasizing the data sampling interrupt, harmonic, inter-harmonics and flicker detection block diagram.In this paper,dual-core processor OMAP5910 is usded as a hardware development platform of power detecting device. DSP's data processing capability and MPU's information management capability can be achieved in a single chip to realize high integration of control and high-speed computing. Low cost, small size, intelligence, networking, real-time purposes of power quality detecting equipment is achieved.
