| The AC asynchronous electrical dynamometer is used widely in the measurement of the input power, output power and the torque of gear wheel or torque converter, transfer case,wind turbine or pump, engine and so on, since it has a simple structure, good precision, widely working range. Regard it as the core, this paper discusses the structure of the AC asynchronous electrical dynamometer, analyses the character of direct measure. In order to resolve the problem of very expensive and complicated of the currently used measurement system, puts forward the soft-sensing measure system of the AC asynchronous electrical dynamometer based on its mathematic model to estimate the torque and speed by indirect measure, and achieves some fruit.In the first, after discussing about the operation principle, this paper summarizes the characters of direct measure and indirect measure. In order to analyse the character of direct by an example, this paper introduces the design of the system, and then proves its good performance by way of a experiment.Second, for the sake of an exact model, the losses of the electrical dynamometer are discussed and the factors which affect the loss also are researched. Follow the conclusion, this paper put forward a mathematic model of the motor which includes iron losses and copper losses. For the purpose of measuring its parameters, the design methods and practical used circuit diagrams are presented to detect the current and the voltage of the stator, besides, this paper offers a scheme to evaluate the iron losses resistance. At last, in view of the fact that the AC asynchronous electrical dynamometer is a non-linear and discrete system, this paper brings forward the soft-sensing measure system of the AC asynchronous electrical dynamometer based on the unsecured kalman filter(UKF) used widely, whose purpose is to estimate the speed and the torque.By comparison with the experiment results, the simulation shows that the soft-sensing measure system of the AC asynchronous electrical dynamometer based UKF can provide an effective estimate for the speed and the torque, can satisfy the basic need of industry measure. Because the system has a simple construct and can reduce the cost, it is a new technique to the speed and torque measure for the AC asynchronous electrical dynamometer. |
