| Due to the racing development of high performance permanent magnet (PM) and its decreasing price annually, PM motors are more and more widely used.The magnetic circuit of PM motor is very flexible.People are lack of corresponding experience on designing PM motor. So there are some difficulties to calculate accurately when design it, like optimal the pole shape and its size, PM local demagnetization, speeds adjusting performance,etc. In resent years,the designing of PM motor and its control system becomes an important research focus.Based on the investigation of research and application of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and its control technology, this thesis carried out the importance of high performance PMSM (HPPMSM) designing. On the other hand, the structure of HPPMSM and magnetic circuit characteristics were analyzed in this thesis then concluded its difficulties in designing. The HPPMSM which was designed in this thesis with the feature of high power, volume small,high dynamic performance and terrible heating, etc.This thesis mainly analyzed the electro magnetize,and designed the rotor structure and windings. Based on the analyses to the influence of electromagnetism load to the performance of motor, the thesis designed the electromagnetism load reasonably, and then the HPPMSM met the high power density and dynamic performance requirements.Using motor aided design software Maxwell2D, the 2D finite element analyze(FEA) model of the HPPMSM was built up, then we calculated some electromagnetic parameters,like air gap flux density, back electromagnetic force,no load flux leakage,d-axis and q-axis reactance,etc.According to the relatively independence between motor and its control system design at present, result in the motor and its control system matched not very well.We proposed a field-circuit coupling method to simulate the 2D PMSM model and its control system in this thesis,for the purpose of make sure the HPPMSM could satisfy the performance requirements under the certain control strategy. This thesis made some simulations on the HPPMSM system,realized start up with load and control performance requirements, and presents the simulation results at the end. The field-circuit coupling method which was proposed by this thesis has important reference value in designing other types of motor. |
