In order to satisfy the preservation of the current fishery products, we have developed a machine which can change the seawater into ice constantly and evenly. So the fish man can fish with making ice freezing. In this way, the capacity of fish preservation can be improved greatly.The thermal properties of seawater are very different from the fresh water. The heat capacity of the sea, sea ice and the freezing point of the sea, the heat conduction of the sea and the sea ice can be changed with the salinity and temperature. The process of freezing is very complex. At present, the researches on seawater changed into ice are very few. The vertical spiral tube ice-making machine we have invented can make sea ice blocks constantly and evenly. What's more, the hardness of the sea ices is greatly enough, which makes our skill in the leading level at the home and abroad.Seeing that the complexity of the course of ice-making, in my paper, I will study the mass transfer and heat transfer of the sea during the procedure of the ice- making by using this machine. At the same time, we will use the machine we have invented to do experiment in order to get the research results of the property of the heat transit of the seawater.During the research, by using the UG,CATIA and some other three-dimensional software, we have built the models of the ice-making screw structure and the running of the seawater. Moreover, we import it into the GAMBIT to conduct the settings of edge situation and the net dividing. In this essay, I will simulate the procedure of ice-making by using the phase change of FLUENT, the double phase model of the FLUENT program to do this experiment. By this method, we can exactly simulate the phase change running condition of the ice -making in the single-root spiral tube. We can also get the knowledge of water temperature changes on the ice-making cylinder surface and the working conditions of the ice-making tub during the ice-making program.Through the simulation of the procedure of ice-making by the ice-making cylinder, we can study the influences of the mechanisms of the various operating conditions ice-making properties while providing a theoretical basis to optimize the development and design of ice-making machine. Optimizing the structure of the ice-making cylinder and adjusting various ice-making operating duties can improve the ice-making property of this machine and the efficiency of the putting forth the ices.
