Based on extensive literature studies and practice, the present study, with the help of the actual measurement information of the 33 tunnel projects of Guangxi Liuyi freeway, generalizes the forming causes and distribution patterns of karst and the treatment method of tunnel karst section, and summarizes the characteristics and difficulties of karst tunnel geological prediction.By comparing the technology and equipment of various current geological predictions, the present study selects Ground Penetrating Radar to carry out the geological prediction of karst tunnel, and probes into the parameter setting and interpretation methods in a comprehensive and systematic way. Better result is achieved through the verification of actual project practice.By summarizing the karst damage and evaluating its treatment methods, the current study summarizes the common treatment approaches of tunnel karst and its emergent treatment techniques, and elaborates the karst tunnel preprocess treatment, the Emergency Treatment and the post-processing treatment in combination with the example of underground tunnel Cave Bay mud. The specific tasks are as follows:Firstly, by analyzing the causes, characteristics and distribution patterns of karst, and comparing various tunnel geological prediction technologies, the present study takes the ground penetrating radar as the main method combining with the geology method to carry out the karst tunnel geological prediction.Secondly, the paper summarizes the parameter selection, the forecasting rules and the interpretation criteria of the karst prediction of geological radar, and induces the geological interpretation features and rules of different filling types of karst radar.Thirdly, the paper probes into the management methods of karst tunnel damage. Through the preprocessing geological prediction, it proposes the corresponding pre-grouting reinforcing method and the excavation method, and the construction safety control technology solution of emergency treatment of the karst section and the post-reinforcing karst tunnel.Finally, the karst tunnel construction safety control technology solution is elaborated and evaluated in combination with the actual practice of projects. |
