The construction of high speed railway is spreading out in China. From the east to west, north to south, so many job sites are found all over the land. The construction of High speed railway is different from the ordinary railway, because the proportion of the bridge in the high speed railway is much higher than in the ordinary railway. And then, based on the 100 years service time, high performance concrete is widely used during the construction.In this article, during the construction of Haerbin to Dalian high speed railway, by optimization of mix proportion, the right one was found through the mix proportion test of prestressed concrete simply supported box beam. The mix proportion were considered with the affect of mixing pulverized fly ash only and mixing pulverized fly ash+slag powder, also consider the influence of different climate. In the test,52 mix proportions were designed considering the different proportion of pulverized fly ash and slag powder contains.468 group test cubes,1404 test cubes were tested during this experiment. And the high performance concrete properties of mechanic, elastic modulus, electricity resistivity, freezing and thawing resistance, penetration-resistant, cracking resistance were tested.In this article, different mix proportion were juxtaposed in the projects of Haerbin to Dalian high speed railway and the Beijing to Shanghai high speed railway, The differences of mix proportion were summarized because of the different climate. And the construction methods of high performance concrete were concluded in this paper.In the construction period of Haerbin to Dalian high speed railway,1399 beams are finished, the quality was ensured and the produce efficiency was high. Good economy and society benefits were got. This conformed the effectiveness of the mix proportion.
