In the small and medium-sized exsiting bridges, the Load-bearing capacity of the evaluation is a very important content. Our country placed emphasis on the of technical condition and carrying capacity of existing bridge,and using the method is mainly based on the loading test which is simple and direct with accurate result.But this method is costly and especially in the longer working hours. Therefore, it is nessary to have a accurate, fast and applied evaluation for small and medium-sized exsiting bridges to guarantee and improve operational level of highway traffic. This paper is an important part of in the small and medium-sized exsiting bridges for rapid evaluation research of loading capacity in evaluation research of loading capacity which belong to ministry of communications.This paper through statistical analysis and research to Check coefficient under different load ratio,which based on the measured data of loading test,and sum up the relation between Check coefficient of the lower-load ratio and load ratio that is stipulated by our country's specification.Consequently,we can start from the principle that light-load replace heavy-load to research rapid evaluation of load-bearing capacity of small and medium-sized exsiting bridges.Applying approaches in this paper can gain light-load replace heavy-load, lighten loaded weight and reduce load ratio to carry rapaid evaluation's point. Comparing the values measured with the results of traditional loading test, the feasibility and reliability of the proposed method are demonstrated.From this paper, it can be concluded that the results of light-loading test are consistent with the traditional loading test conclusions. The study production in this paper can be applied on small and medium-sized highway bridge.
