As the energy crisis becomes more and more serious, wind power is paid more attention on. The installed capacity is inereasing every year. Wind turbine's acoustic emission assessment and vibration test has gained a lot of attention from people. The related theories and methods of wind turbine's acoustic emission assessment and vibration test have been studied. A virtual wind turbine's on-line test system has been developed. The field application proves this system is ready to provide the commercial test application.The related backgrounds of wind turbine's acoustic emission assessment have been introduced, including the present situation and deficiency. The IEC61400-11 international standard guiding the wind turbine's acoustic emission assessment has been explained well, including the measuring instruments, measuring positions selection, testing process, data analysis and so on. According to the situation of complex process and being easily interfered by external environment in wind turbine's noise measured process, a method based on multiple linear regression analysis for wind turbine's noise prediction was put forward.The related theoretical knowledge about wind turbine's vibration test has been deeply studied on. The reasons wind turbine's vibration produces have been introduced. The analysis techniques of vibration signals, including time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis, have been studied. The vibration test objects of wind turbine and measuring point's position have been investigated and introduced.A virtual wind turbine's on-line test system has been developed. The parameters determined wind turbine's operation quality, such as vibration, noise, wind speed, power, temperature, pressure, wind direction, rotate, pitch angle, yaw angle and so on, are able to be measured and analyzed. The authentication and quality test have been implemented. The software of wind turbine's test has been developed, including treatment and analysis of measured data, preservation and management of measured data. A lot of complex functions, such as 1/3 octave analysis, sound power, tonality narrow band analysis, vibration spectrum, have been solved.
