| The advantage of Turbo-charged oil-burned boiler is high power small size and light weight. At present it is the best power plant for ship and the research for it is very important for our country. The flow of the pressured air in the Turbo-charged oil-burned boiler is very complicated and the process of heavy-oil burning is so too. We can cut down the cost of designing and making, improve the efficiency of the experiment and decrease the work of repeating and error. With the aid of the fluent software, the paper researches the flow of aided-burning air and oil burning though simulation. In simulation of cold flow field of the Turbo-charged oil-burned boilers, the paper obtained the eddy flow field distribution and analyzes the axial velocity and tangential velocity. Through contrasted the different structure parameters the paper got the effect for the recirculation zone of boilers and analyzed the influence of different structure parameters for the recirculation zone of the heavy oil burning flow field to optimize the suitable design parameter for burning. In simulation of thermal flow field of the Turbo-charged oil-burned boilers, the paper got the distribution of temperature and density of kinds of materials, obtained the highest temperature of furnace, flue gas temperature and the flame position changing in different load, At the same time, the suitable distance of two burners is gotten through numerical simulation. Through the analysis, the paper provides valuable reference results for design and transformation of this kind of boilers. |
