The surface shape of prestressed concrete box-girder used in high-speed railway is formed with its internal mold and external mold, and then shape it by pouring concrete. With the large-scale construction of the high-speed railway in China, box structures have been used in more and more girder bridges, which bring a great applying prospect for the research and technological development of full-automatic hydraulic internal mold.As an advanced modern large-scale manufacturing technology, the design and application of the hydraulic internal mold is still being explored in our country. 32 meter full-automatic hydraulic internal mold is studied in this dissertation in aspects of its overall designation; its hydraulic system; its structural analysis; its mechanism system and so on. The designation and manufacturing of full-automatic hydraulic internal mold has an important engineering value and theoretical significance.Main contents:1. Brief introduction of the development of high-speed railway and box-girder; the classification of the internal mold for box-girder; analysis of the development of internal mold system and its present situation both at home and abroad.2. The overall designation for internal mold; introduction of the working process of formwork erection and mold unloading, making internal mold installation and construction technology process.3. Working out the type of internal mold hydraulic system and the hydraulic components needed and analysis type of the major components, studying a variety of synchronization scheme of the hydraulic internal mold and determining the required synchronization scheme. 4. According to the overall structure of the internal mold, the structure of the internal mold is analyzed and checked by two types of working condition.5. In order to optimize the internal mold to be a minimal safe unloading one after the shrinking of the internal mold mechanism, the writer employed MATLAB software to optimize it after establishing a mathematical model of mechanism optimization for the internal mold and also using Pro/E software to establish three-dimensional model for the internal mold in order to realize the kinematics simulation according to the optimization results.The development of internal mold for the prestressed concrete box-girder used in high-speed railway discussed in this dissertation has already been a great success, the manufacturing of internal mold has also got users'acceptance and been put into use.
