| Design method of inequable work can get rid of shortcomings of the earlier stall of root due to serious curve in the root of blade which is designed by design method of equable work. However, generally design method of inequable work can not directly control the limit of load, while the compressor load and the limit of load have very large impact on the performance, efficiency and surge margin, so it need to be improved. This paper discusses the relationship of diffusion factor and several aerodynamic parameters in detail on the basis of a design method of inequable work——Diffusion Factor Flow-Type Design. In this paper, the theoretical basis and method of calculation of this Diffusion Factor Flow-Type Design are discussed in detail and the corresponding computing programs are draw up and worked out with satisfying results. In this approach, capacity of work done by the blade can be fully developed; the limit of the load, reasonably controlled; and the operating range, expanded; thus giving the designers a great pull to carry on their blade design. The practical application of Diffusion Factor Flow-Type Design is considered. For initial design of axial flow compressor, the appropriate distribution of diffusion factor is given. In order to verify the correctness and feasibility of computing programs, through the program an axial flow fan and an axial flow compressor are designed, and then they are simulated by commercial software NUMECA, respectively, and then NUMECA/Fine simulation data and the design results of computing programs are compared and analyzed. Analysis shows that the design methods and procedures have good accuracy and credibility and can be applied to the actual design. |
