Research And Development Of Industrial Burner

In this paper, we made a detailed analysis about the market and technology level of large-scale industrial burner at home and abroad. Selection of industrial burner technology, security technology, combustion performance, control and optimization of production processes have been studied. This work provided some designs about one automatic gas burner for burning low-grade fuel oil and gas, large split commodity and noncommodity natural gas burner, large split coke oven and producer oven coal gas burner and large split blast furnace coal gas and industrial waste gas burner. Simultaneously, we put the designs into the production and practical application. The results reached or exceed the design requirements, which have achieved good social and economic benefits.
