This paper consists of a series research supported by the National Natural Science Foundation (No. 50976029) and national"863"plan (No.2006AA05Z119).The rapid growth in the human economy society have increased the traditional energy exploitation and energy supply, all kinds of energy shortages, especially the non-renewable energy shortage is slowly restricting the development of society, the fact that energy shortages also limited the development of human society has gradually become an important factor .Traditional fossil energy not only have existence of useful life by the way of the existence of non-renewable energy ,but also arose serious pollution during offering the sources of energy for human society, so the using of traditional fossil energy must be reduced .And people shoud efforts to find a new substitute energy that renewable and clean. under the circumstance, the research at hydrogen production and hydrogen production reactor become more and more attentioned for experts.The paper according to the affection of light to hydrogen production by photosynthetic bacteria, have research on combined with the characteristic of different types reactors, especially large-scale hydrogen production reactor photosynthetic system and the problems,the main research contents and results are as following:(1) The characteristic for condenser in this paper have three facts like: accelerating the speed of air flow in the high temperature part; cooling with heat exchange use the auxiliary equipment; using the filter to reduce the heat from the heat source. The problem of fiber burnout has been resolved. Both cooling with heat exchange use the auxiliary equipment and using the filter to reduce the heat from the heat source can effectively prevent the fibers from burning out and keeping the condenser circulate all right for long time, comparatively speaking, using the IR-cut filter have more advantages.(2)The amelioration of incubator units for light, at the fact that the separately lights power in the incubator were 60W, 81W, 200W, 45W, 160W, 36W, the light intensity at highest point were 280000lux, 20000 lux, 280000 lux, 20000 lux, 28000 lux, 20000 lux, the light intensity at minimum point were 1200 lux, 180 lux, 900 lux, 400 lux, 550 lux, 300 lux, the average of the light intensity were 6514 lux, 4671 lux, 6217 lux, 4416 lux , 1170 lux, 822 lux. After transformation, the incubator not only be good for affording enough light environment ,but also provide helping and a variety light distribution model for following experiment.
