| Road roughness test technology is an important technology used in road works.With the rapid development of sensor technology,computer technology and signal processing technology, the methods people used in road roughness collection,measurement and various tests are constantly updating and improving. In recent years, this area has emerged a variety of new methods of measuring and test analysis.This paper has designed the road roughness measurement system based on the angular reference accroding to the triangle requirement proposed by Changchun Automobile Research Institute on the basis of traditional method analysis of road roughness measurement. Meanwhile, the road roughness measurement system based on inertial reference is designed accroding to the road roughness measurement principle of inertial reference. In the system, the linear displacement sensor is used to measure road surface displacement change and accelerometer is used to measure the vibration acceleration of traction vehicle, then compute the displacement of traction vehicle on the vertical direction through two time integral of acceleration. In practical measurement, the two measurement systems are installed on traction vehicles to carry on smoothness measurement of practical road surface.Conduct analysis processing based on the data collected in actual measurement and obtain the uneven road surface type map,and draw the displacement power spectrum density figure and the road classification figure, thus proving the measurement instrument is completely feasible in practical measurement. |
